Pedagogical Seminar at Aregnazan Waldorf School: “How to work with students with different temperaments”

On February 15, 2023, a seminar on the topic of “How to work with students with different temperaments” was organized at Aregnazan Waldorf School by the joint efforts of “One Voice” Armenian Association of Independent Schools and Aregnazan. The seminar was conducted by experienced Waldorf teacher Ara Atayan.

 

The participants, educators and educational leaders from member schools of the association, as well as non-member schools, explored the four human temperaments and the possibilities of working with them. After introducing each of the four temperaments, Ara Atayan presented pedagogical tools and techniques to help improve the creative approach of working with students with different temperaments in the classroom.
