The practicum gives 11th-grade students an opportunity to step outside the classroom and gain first-hand experience of the world of work. Students become involved in real production processes, where people’s skills, raw materials and technology come together to create a product. They are not simply observers: they take part in the work themselves and begin to understand how the things we use in everyday life are made.
This year, from June 1 to 17, the 11th-grade students of Aregnazan completed their practicum in a number of organizations, including Kilikia Brewery, Kia Motors, Hay Cola, Sharoyan–Saryan–Halep and others. Each workplace offered students a different experience and an opportunity to see how knowledge and skills are applied in a real working environment.
It is particularly valuable that some of these organizations have already become partners of Aregnazan and are willing to welcome our students for work experience each year. This ongoing cooperation allows students to return to the world of work in a meaningful and practical way as they continue their education.
