We are pleased to announce that the new architectural design plan for the construction of the new building of the Aregnazan Waldorf School in Kasakh has been selected out of five submitted proposals. The winning project is by architect Grigor Babajanyan, a school alumnus and parent.
Back in the fall of 2025, the school had announced a closed competition for the development of an architectural design proposal for the school’s new building. Five architects participated in the competition.
The selected project fully complies with the new state standards for school construction adopted in Armenia in recent years and closely aligns with the technical requirements set by the school. It also includes proposals for future development.
In the coming months, the architectural plan will be submitted for official review, after which the process of obtaining a construction permit will begin.
We thank all participants of the competition who presented five wonderful projects. On this occasion, we would also like to express our gratitude to all the friends of Aregnazan Waldorf School whose financial donations make it possible for us to launch this important initiative.
