Your donation made on the Website is considered to be accepted if you receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided (if provided). The confirmation email indicates all the details of the donation. That letter is considered an agreement between the Website and You, and this policy, “Terms of Use”, is considered an integral part of that agreement. From that moment on, the donation is considered to be completed.
From the moment you make a donation, your donated money goes under the management of the NGO.
The NGO is released from liability for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations if this is due to extraordinary circumstances that arose after receipt of the donation, were beyond Our control and which We could not have foreseen, avoided or overcome.
If any of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed from the rest of the terms, which will continue to be valid.
You can make a donation transaction on the Site only if you accept all the provisions of this policy. That is, by making a donation through the Website, you accept all the above conditions.
We reserve the right to permanently or temporarily terminate the publication and/or maintenance of the Website and the Donation page that is part of it at any time. In such event, your access to the Website or any part thereof will be automatically terminated or suspended.
We may also terminate your access to the Website and the Donation Page that is part of it, with or without notice, if We believe (in Our sole discretion) that You have breached these Terms of Use or have otherwise caused or may cause damage to Us or any third party. :
